100 CUPCAKES

I made over 100 cupcakes last week for the Kindermusik kids because it's the last week of spring class and we had parties all week at the end of the class...

These are chocolate cupakes with strawberry and cream chesse frosting and yellow cupcakes with chocolate chips frosting with butterfly fondant....

This one is yellow buttercream cupcake with homemade vanilla buttercream frosting sprinkled with Indonesian sprinkles and fondant dots....
The parents said that they tastes like "twinkies" so I am going to call them:

Nasi Tim Ayam (Steamed chicken rice)

We had playdate yesterday (Tuesday, April 29). So there were 5 kids: Jacelyn, Abigail, Jonathan, Jeremy Glenn and Sammy. I made steamed chicken rice (nasi tim ayam) that I have been wanting to make for weeks now :-) Turned out pretty good... Abigail loved it.... It's easy to make too :-)

Can you believe that all the kids and 4 mommies ate all of these :-) WE DID :-)

My son, Jeremy only like the rice but will not eat the chicken :-( He is such a PICKY EATER :-( Here he is picking the chicken out :-(

Email me (on my profile) if you want the recipe :-)

YUMMY FOOD

We had a very lazy and relaxing weekend just now... Did not do anything, just sit around at home. Luki and Jeremy Glenn was enjoying and playing their new WII game and I went on a COOKING SPREE :-)

Terong masak sambal goreng udang kering (Eggplant with dried shrimp chilli sauce)
My mother in law's wonderful recipe.
I DID NOT like Eggplant before, but this is surely my favorite dish now :-)

EASY to make, just time consuming....
Email me if you want recipe :-) YOU WILL BE ADDICTED :-)

Chicken Mirabella, with plum and olive on top of spaghetti.

Kodok and cumi goreng mentega (Squid and frog with buttery sauce)

My best friend,Yulie's recipe:
1. Fried squid and frogs with a little bit of oil and margarine.
2. put a little bit salty soy sauce and worchestershire sauce (kecap Inggris)

Shien's new hobby

My new hobby :-)

I am in the mood of making and decorating cupcake now...

These baby cupcakes started it all.. I made it for my friend baby shower.

Then, come flower cupcakes for Sara's birthday.

Then cupcakes for Jeremy Glenn's teacher appreciation lunch
This one is the best, the chocolate fudge cupcake recipe was very moist and the cream cheese icing is DIVINE :-)
