Garage Sale

We went to the Wahjudi for a garage sale... Sadly we sold more cupcakes than our junk. The cupcakes were SOLD OUT within 2 hours :-)

This is a garage sale at our house.... Glenn sold more cupcakes and drink than I sold the stuff. Acutally, HE IS QUITE A SALESMAN :-) Lots of people buy because of his CHARM :-)

 

Mommy's weekend getaway

Shien and Ginger decided to go to cleveland for a weekend getaway. We went to outlet mall in Lodi, beachwood mall and this outdoor Legacy Village. It was SO MUCH FUN, we HAD a BLAST!!! I found a dress for Lipi's wedding too so Mission Accomplished! :-)

 

We ate at Maggiano for dinner. The STUFFED MUSHROOM is to die for :-) It's HUGE!! Tne veal was good but I love the stuffed mushroom more :-) The waiter was extra nice to us, the manager even came out and chatted with us because we asked direction. She printed 3 pages directions for us :-)

 

Then we drove out to a small town on the way back to Columbus so we can try some of the cupcakes from this bakery.

 

The cupcakes look gorgeous, the icing were great. I did not finish all of them so I shared them with some of my girlfriends... Unfortunately, they all seems to think that the cakes were just okay. They were a little too dense. We finished all of them regardless.

However, I do think the nutella one tastes great!!! The service were GREAT too. They were really friendly to us.... I will try some of their other flavors someday! :-)

Glenn's grand performance at The Topiary Garden for the Columbus Arts Festival

See him in the far right on the ground! This was his big part, he was very proud of it :-) He is the WHALE'S TALE!! He rolled around when the whale swallowed Geppetto and Pinocchio.

 

His other big part, " POLICEMAN" who chased Pinocchio.

We watched him blossomed under Ms. Candace guidance... Thanks to Auntie Natalie, Uncle Jaka and Jacelyn for watching too :-) and his best friend, QUINNY watched too :-)

We had cupcakes party with all the actors and actresses after that...

This is a VERY YUMMY TIRAMISU cake that my daddy brought for mommy! I cut the cake with her :-)

What a well balanced meal :-) NOT! she said her diet goes out of the window ! :-)

Her plan is to eat all the rich goodies for lunch and salad for dinner to balance it :-)

BBQ

We had a Barbeque on Saturday :-) We got LOTS of food: asian salad, salmon on cedar plank, hamburgers, short ribs, carrots, corn salsa, and strawberry :-)

 

Tyra, Quinny and Glenn enjoyed playing wii (they were running a marathon)!

 

Uncle Nate and Uncle Jeff was kind and played bubbles with the kids

 

Mommy's Birthday

It's mommy's birthday on Thursday May 29th. She turned 32 :-) Daddy brought home these yummy dessert from La Chateleine for her :-) .... She was so busy she did not get to sit down and enjoy it until Saturday morning :-)

 

Then Auntie Natalie gave her this beautiful bouguet of chocolate for her :-)It was actually more beautiful before but Glenn knock it down :-(

 

Auntie Sisil, my future in law also gave her a present. "a CAR" cupcakes pan :-) Now she can make car cupcakes for Sammy and I (and maybe Gavin as well aka my future brother in law ) :-)

Mommy said, how can she diet and lose weight if she get lots of yummy goodies such as these :-)
